Referral programme
Tradespeople talk to each other, and so do restaurateurs. If you recommend Zeitflex, you get credit for it.
How it works
- Open Refer on the left.
- There you will find three things: your personal link, a readable code (such as
ELEKTRO-BRENNER-7K2) and a QR code. - Share one of them — via WhatsApp, email, on a business card or on your trade guild’s mailing list.
- If a business signs up through it, it is assigned to you.
- 30 days after its first payment, your credit is booked.
The result: credit on your account that is automatically deducted from your next invoice.
What you get
| For you | For the referred business |
|---|---|
| 50 € credit per qualified referral — a fixed amount, the same for every business | The first month free |
Upper limit: 300 € credit per year.
Why a 30-day qualifying period?
Because that is the real protection against abuse. Anyone who refers themselves would have to pay real money for a month to get the reward — that does not pay off. An ID check would not be needed for this, and it would hinder honest referrals.
What we do NOT do
The difference from the tax adviser link
If your tax adviser sends you a Zeitflex link, that is something different: the tax adviser link creates an engagement request — your tax adviser is asking for read access to your business. No reward is paid for this. The two routes are separate and are not mixed.
Tax treatment
The full terms are set out in the programme terms (in German).
Still stuck?
If a referred business does not show up, check under Refer whether it is in the list. If it is missing, it probably signed up without the link — get in touch via Support with the business name, and we will look into it.
Good to know: if the business signs up directly through your link, your code is already in the form. If it only comes back later, the browser remembers the code only if the business consented to referrals during the visit (cookie settings). Otherwise it enters your code itself when signing up.
Last checked on . We check every article against the application — if something no longer matches, that is a bug and not a difference of opinion.
